In College I was clueless and aimless- did not have any hunger or ambitions

I had never listened to a single podcast, or read any reports on the startups and VC ecosystem

During Covid 19 we had been asked by the college to pack up our things and go back home

After attending a life changing 3 day workshop by Piyush Kukreja- someone I randomly found on Instagram

Piyush was one of my earliest supporters, and mentors so to speak in the podcasting space

If it was not for his nudge and support I would not be here today

Over the years I struggled with confidence, had no one I could really count on for support- went through some of my toughest times

After starting the podcast this all changed for the better

I found my voice, started finding folks who supported and knew me because of the podcast, even overcame some of the toughest months in my life

If you are young, ambitious, and hungry to meet and learn from some of the best folks in your industry

Start a newsletter, start a podcast

Start anything where you can give someone exposure, and also learn from them

And create more win win opportunities

And always be grateful for what you have- and who you have following you in the journey

Even today I get love, support from folks over the world who tune into the podcast on YouTube, etc

In 2020:

• We shipped out the first episode of Business Podcast by Roohi

From 2020–2024

• We tried to ship out episodes on a weekly basis
• Ranked in the charts of several countries
• I held sessions in two amazing communities Fueler and Mark It Up X
• Held an in person event + fireside chat in Bangalore, India with one of the people behind The Neon Show

and more

From 2025 onwards

• One episode a month
• Featuring some amazing folks, and dream guests
